Dark Souls III is set to receive its first DLC on October 25, 2016 on all platforms. Titled Ashes of Ariandel, the DLC is priced at $14.99. Because it’s included in the season pass, along with one more unannounced DLC to be released in 2017, you can receive both expansions for $24.99.

The DLC also includes new magic, weapons, and armor sets to help players in the defiled environment. New lore is also included, expanding Dark Souls III’s storyline and the overall storyline of the Dark Souls world.
Tasked with destroying the evil that has corrupted Ariandel, hours of content is what Ashes of Ariandel brings to Dark Souls III. Along with the single player content comes new features for competitive multiplayer. The expansion will be released on October 25, 2016.
